Booble is an online gaming community framework, made as final project for the course Network Applications. It currently supports stunning features such as theme management, online realtime multiplayer, profile&avatar editing, AJAX, Top 10, Administrative rights, and many others.
It is completely written using HTML, CSS for the style and markup section, and PHP, MySQL, Javascript and AJAX for the dynamic part and interaction with database.
Workloads of up to 10000 users at the same time are easily handled by this almost complete system, which includes also client-side and server-side data validation, to avoid dangerous behaviours by malicious users.
Download is provided if you want to see the source code or the program itself in action. You'll need a webserver installed on your computer (Apache is the one I prefer), together with MySQL Server, properly configured and running. If you find, like I did, too difficult to install these products together, please google for "Xaamp" and install the package, this will do all the work for you.
